The University of Ghana sought to enhance its hybrid learning environment by addressing limitations in AV equipment and online engagement. The Q-NEX solution integrated multimedia devices using the Network Media Processor (NMP), enabling centralized control and streamlined AV content display. This setup facilitated interactive and immersive classes, supporting both on-campus and online students. The implementation included IQTouch interactive flat panels, document cameras, and a comprehensive AV distribution system to improve educational interactivity and management efficiency.

BPP University, faced with rapid growth and increasing enrollments, implemented a comprehensive solution to enhance its AV infrastructure and ICT facilities across its new branch with 53 classrooms, 15 offices, and 2 boardrooms. The Q-NEX solution provided user-friendly audiovisual devices integrated with a cloud-based centralized control system, significantly improving the efficiency and maintenance of complex multimedia equipment. This setup included the use of Network Media Processors (NMP) for seamless AV management and control​.
